(Broomfield, CO) – PhoneSuite, a leading provider of hotel voice communication solutions for over 25 years, is proud to announce the installation of its 4,000th hotel telephone system at the new Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Phoenix North-Scottsdale.
A 104-room, new-build property owned and managed by Kuber Hotel Group, this Holiday Inn Express was in need of an affordable, feature-rich phone system. Management turned to Jim Heaton from Territorial Telecom in Tucson, AZ, who had serviced some of Kuber’s other properties. Heaton immediately recommended the PhoneSuite 112e system, which is designed for midscale hotels.
“Jim told us this phone system was a must have, and we also spoke to some friends who were happy PhoneSuite customers. It was a big change since we had previously used other brands at our hotels, but we are very impressed with PhoneSuite. The installation was simple, the system is easy to learn, and it has numerous features that improve operations and meet the needs of our guests,” said CEO Shane Kuber.
“I like PhoneSuite because it’s simple, yet has all the features that a hotel needs. The price is reasonable and the support is great, as I can get in touch with them any time to help solve any issues or answer any customer questions. PhoneSuite comes out of the box virtually ready to use, requiring just a little customization,” said Heaton, who has been a PhoneSuite re-seller since 2001.
With high-quality phone systems designed exclusively for the hotel industry, PhoneSuite offers affordable products and upscale service for any size property. PhoneSuite’s PBX systems (for mid-size hotels) integrate seamlessly with Property Management Systems and eliminate hours of training with an easy-to-use console. Voiceware is a hospitality game-changer – affordable VoIP phone system software that’s flexible, scalable and makes your front-desk staff more productive.
Reaching 4,000 systems is just the latest in a series of milestones that include developing the first-ever hospitality touch screen phone console in 2008, becoming the first phone system provider to offer a rental program in 2010, surpassing 3,000 phone systems sold in 2011, and launching the innovative Voiceware hospitality IP-PBX last year.
“This latest milestone for PhoneSuite shows that we continue to be a strong player in the hospitality market, as more than 10% of economy and midscale hotels have installed a PhoneSuite system. Coupled with the release of our full-service and upscale/luxury Voiceware product, PhoneSuite is a go-to voice solution provider for any size or type of hotel, chain or management company,” said PhoneSuite President Frank Melville.
Details on PhoneSuite’s new, next-generation Series2 V.IP platform, which combines VoIP and analog into a single powerful platform, are expected soon.
